• She is also a Naturotherapist majorly dealing in Acupressure Therapy. She is also a Black Roll Trainer, helping her clients heal via myofascial releasing therapy.
• Ms. Nidhi is a gold medalist in Nutrition in Exercise for Fitness.
• She has been invited as a speaker at several National and International webinars, colleges, schools, universities to share her knowledge on Nutrition, Yoga and Wellness.

Ms. Nidhi Kaku has been awarded with ‘Young Leaders Creating A Better World for All’ by the ‘Women Economic Forum’ (2018); Consulate prize for research paper presentation on “Food Consumption pattern of Low Socioeconomic Status Women Living in South Mumbai”at the Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Clinical Nutrition Congress (2019); Second prize for research paper presentation on “Tracking Food and Lifestyle Changes Pre and Post Dietary Intervention Among Cancer Patients” at the International Conference on Surgical Nutrition by the Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Bengaluru Regional Center, (2019) etc.
• She is the founder of Vrriksh- The Holistic Healing Hub, which caters to shaping the health of the individuals through the diet, lifestyle, yoga and Naturotherapist. Ms. Nidhi is also a life member of Indian Dietetic Association and the Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition – IAPEN.

• Assisted as a part of Team Ujjwal (Mumbai Chapter), the RD Board and the Education, Research and Training Committee of the Indian Dietetic Association- in conducting the UJJWAL ORIENTATION COURSE, UJJWAL CASE STUDY PRESENTATION COURSE and REFRESHER COURSE 2020- 21 and 2021-22, an educational initiative to train interns and professionals for RD Examination.
