PRAGNYA PARAMITA BHOI

Miss Pragnya Paramita Bhoi was born on 18th September, 1995 at Padhanpali, Bargarh, Odisha to Mr. Srinibash Bhoi and Mrs. Puspanjali Bhoi. Just like a fine morning indicating a great day, her interest and devotion for learning get blossomed quite early. After completion of Masters in Child Health Nursing, right now she has been working since 1st December, 2021 as a Tutor in Kalinga Institute of Nursing Sciences, KIIT University. In the field of research, she has also begged two research papers in in international forum named as “Pattern of Complementary Feeding among Infants : A Pilot Study” [International Journal of Community Medicine and Public Health] & “Effectiveness of Art Therapy vs. Play Therapy on level of anxiety among hospitalised children – A Randomized Controlled Trial” [Turkish Journal of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation]. She has extensive clinical experience, who can provide ongoing mentorship and serve as example to students through various stages of hands-on learning i.e. her role in clinical development, where students look to their teachers for feedback on patient interaction, decision making, and health assessment. She has been associated by evidence-based practice in teaching and on research reports. Apart from that, She is having the ability to shape the nurse that will have an impact on many patients, families, and other nurses long after the initial interaction. She has a strong sense of empathy. Her mother tongue is Odia, but she can speak Hindi, English and Bengali. She has good communication skills in all these languages. She is not only a good listener but also a quick learner and observer. Being punctual, She has always given importance to her positive mindset which is full of confidence and patience.
