Dr. Sharda Dhadse (Kosankar) Dr. Sharda Dhadse is presently working as a Senior Scientist and Assistant Professor AcSIR at Environmental Biotechnology and Genomics Division, CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur, MS, India. She is B.Ed. M.Sc., Ph.D. in Zoology from RTM Nagpur University. She has twenty years of research and professional experience in the field of environmental Sciences and became a NABET accredited EIA coordinator for sectors Mining, River valley and Thermal power plant and functional area expert (FAE) of Ecology and Biodiversity. She is the recipient of Senior Research Fellowship of CSIR, Research Associate of CSIR and Women Post-Doctoral Fellowship of UGC. She led total 10 projects on various components of Ecology and Biodiversity, Ecotoxicology, Vermistabilization, and capacity building in EIA along with contribution in 60 EIA projects of different industrial sectors. She has published 38 research papers in different international and national Journals and received four best paper awards in different conferences, Young Scientist award from Nagpur University (Year 2010), and Best Scientist Award by CSIR-NEERI (Year 2022). She has done her Ph.D. on “Industrial wastewater treatment by Vermitechnology” and post-doctoral research on “Anerobic biogas energy generation by wastewater treatment”.
